Our bodies can be affected by everything we do in our daily lives. We can suffer symptoms of stress from our personal relationships, working in an uncomfortable environment, or being under pressure due to life's demands. Leading busy and rushed lives can lead to us feeling tired, exhausted, stressed and anxious.

These issues can sometimes cause us to become unbalanced and can induce energy blockages that can result in us feeling unwell and bring about any number of health conditions.

The aim of this complementary therapy is to establish the cause of your problem or ailment. It might originate from an internal or external source and the purpose of holistic massage is to rebalance the body.

A detailed health questionnaire will be completed at the first treatment session. This will look over every aspect of health, lifestyle and diet. This will also help determine any reasons why this treatment may not be suitable (contra-indications). All the information supplied will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will not be passed on to any other party.

From this, a tailored treatment to suit specific needs can be determined. Details of each treatment will be recorded.

After treatment, clients can feel relaxed, calm and energized. It is possible to feel lightheaded so the client will be encouraged to get up slowly and a glass of water will be provided.

A short consultation will be taken to find out how the treatment felt and some aftercare advice on general health and diet will be provided.

Each subsequent treatment will commence with a brief evaluation and update of progress.
